#2 Keep Calm coz Spring Is Coming!

One of the most beautiful season of the year is coming!

!SPRING! We all know what happens to nature. Sunshine, warmer weather, blooming flowering plants... But what happens to us during the spring period?

Some people complain that they can't concentrate on their work or studies, some spend more time outside in the sun and fresh air and forget about their responsibilities.

It is a good thing to think about and find some tips that will help to survive the Spring!

Spring is mostly considered as time for love and reckless thoughts!

I suppose young people have the biggest pressure. Until the spring break most students have exams and other important things to pass. It becomes a real challenge for them to stay focused on finishing a school year with positive grades and balance all social events and parties they join or want to.

Here are some tips that I find most useful:
  • balance energies before starting work or study;
  • read books or prepare for tests outside, somewhere in the parks,  under the tree;
  • make a set schedule for studying, then there are more chances to follow it
I wish everyone a great beginning of the spring, good luck and take care!

#1 Keep Calm and Stop Worrying

At this first blog post I would like to address the problem that most people tend to have nowadays, specifically, anxiety and stress.The topic looks pretty clear to me and I feel that I could say a lot about it, as long as I seem to have that kind of problem.

I have been trying to get rid of the feeling of anxiety and stress for a long time. But one day I was recommended a book, which helped me to understand that idea of nothing lasts forever was true and there was a way to improve my situation. The name of the book that changed my life was How to Stop Worrying and Start Living, written by Dale Carnegie

A story of writing this book is interesting. The author had struggles and disappointments, felt unhappy about his life, which turned him to start the book. Description of his own life experience and other facts based on a true story made me believe the author and his ideas. So that I realised that this book was a key to a better state of mind.

 "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living" has 8 sections, where in every of them Dale Carnegie shows facts, makes analyses and gives instructions and advice.

Once I started reading the book I felt a bit happier, firstly only because I believed that there I would find something that would help me. I can honestly say that from the beginning not everything went well or in a proper way, but I tried to change the way of thinking and many other things in myself.

What is important, is that every day I keep on improving myself thanks to this book and I am not going to stop.
