At this first blog post I would like to address the problem that most people tend to have nowadays, specifically, anxiety and stress.The topic looks pretty clear to me and I feel that I could say a lot about it, as long as I seem to have that kind of problem.
I have been trying to get rid of the feeling of anxiety and stress for a long time. But one day I was recommended a book, which helped me to understand that idea of nothing lasts forever was true and there was a way to improve my situation. The name of the book that changed my life was How to Stop Worrying and Start Living, written by Dale Carnegie.
A story of writing this book is interesting. The author had struggles and disappointments, felt unhappy about his life, which turned him to start the book. Description of his own life experience and other facts based on a true story made me believe the author and his ideas. So that I realised that this book was a key to a better state of mind.
"How to Stop Worrying and Start Living" has 8 sections, where in every of them Dale Carnegie shows facts, makes analyses and gives instructions and advice.
Once I started reading the book I felt a bit happier, firstly only because I believed that there I would find something that would help me. I can honestly say that from the beginning not everything went well or in a proper way, but I tried to change the way of thinking and many other things in myself.
What is important, is that every day I keep on improving myself thanks to this book and I am not going to stop.
